The second workshop we went to was led by Deepak Mistry. He gave us a talk about the purpose and story contained in a single photo and showed us examples of his own photos and asked us what we saw in each one, surprisingly we all had our own perspectives to what the photographs were trying to show its viewers. Afterwards, he gave us a challenge to go outside and tell a story in just 5 pictures.

Deepak told us to think of a story and then take photographs of things we think would represent that story. Therefore before taking any photographs we all came up with a story we would like to tell. With the advice and guidance given to us by Deepak and the skills we were taught by John we all came out with pretty good photographs. Lister park is a very beautiful park where families and friends of all ages and backgrounds visit therefore we were spoilt for choice of what to photograph and we had a great time taking pictures.
